Website Terms & Conditions – Hayon 427

1. General

Welcome to the Hayon 427 website (hereinafter: “the Website”), an online store for the sale of original illustrations, prints, and related merchandise.

Browsing the Website, using it, and/or making a purchase through it constitutes full agreement to the terms of this policy. The Website management reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

2. Eligibility to Make a Purchase

Purchases on the Website are permitted for any individual over the age of 18 who holds a valid payment method, or for a legal entity, subject to approval of the transaction by the payment processing company.

3. Products

The products offered on the Website include, among others:

  • Prints on high-quality photographic paper in various sizes

  • Posters

  • Socks, keychains, stickers, and additional merchandise items

Product images displayed on the Website are for illustration purposes only. Minor differences in color may occur between the digital display and the actual product due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the printing process.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices on the Website are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and represent the final price payable.

The business operates as a Small Business Exempt Dealer under Israeli law and does not charge VAT.

No additional charges will be added to the displayed price, except for shipping costs, where explicitly stated.

Payment is made using the payment methods available on the Website at the time of purchase.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

Order processing time is up to 21 business days from the date of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing and delivery times do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, or public holidays.

Actual delivery time depends on the selected shipping method, delivery area, and the shipping provider.

Delays beyond the Website’s control, including exceptional shipping delays, overloads, or force majeure events, shall not be considered a breach of obligation.

If self-pickup is offered, it will be arranged by prior coordination only.

6. Cancellations and Returns

Order cancellations are subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, which provides, among other things, that in a distance sale transaction, the consumer may cancel the transaction within 14 days, subject to the conditions and exceptions set forth by law (including products made to personal order).

Cancellation before shipment:
An order may be canceled before it is shipped, and a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation after ordering:
A cancellation request may be submitted within 14 days from the date the product was ordered.

Cancellation is conditional upon the product meeting all of the following criteria:

  • The product has not been used

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • The product was not custom-made or specially ordered

If the production or preparation process has already begun in accordance with the order, cancellation will not be possible, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or an error was made by the Website.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges (such as size or product replacement) are subject to product availability in stock.

The exchange will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error by the Website.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

In the event that a defective or incorrect product is received, the customer must contact customer service within a reasonable time after receipt of the product, including a description and/or photo. The Website will act to replace, repair, or refund the product, as appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.

9. Warranty

Product responsibility is limited to defects resulting from manufacturing or shipping. No warranty is provided for damage caused by unreasonable use, natural wear and tear, or improper storage.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including illustrations, designs, texts, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Hayon 427. No copying, distribution, reproduction, or use of any kind is permitted without prior written authorization.

11. Privacy

Personal information provided on the Website is used for order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing communications where the customer has consented. The Website undertakes not to transfer personal information to third parties, except as required for order fulfillment and in accordance with the law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
