Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is deemed accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including availability issues, errors, or suspected misuse or fraud. If an order is cancelled or modified, reasonable efforts will be made to notify you using the contact details provided.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the website are final prices payable by the customer and do not include shipping fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
At the time of writing, Hayon 427 operates as an “עוסק פטור” under Israeli law, and therefore does not charge or collect VAT (מע״מ) on transactions made through the Services.
If the business’s VAT status changes in the future, prices will be displayed and charged in accordance with the applicable law at that time.
We reserve the right to modify prices, promotions, or discounts at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed.
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information and acknowledge responsibility for all charges incurred.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation beyond rights granted by applicable law.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
SECTION 6 – CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Transactions may be cancelled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
