זמני טיפול בהזמנה

זמן הטיפול בהזמנה הינו עד 21 ימי עסקים ממועד אישור התשלום, אלא אם צוין אחרת בעמוד המוצר.
ימי עסקים אינם כוללים ימי שישי, שבת, חגים וימי שבתון.

משלוחים ואספקה

המשלוחים מתבצעים באמצעות חברות שילוח חיצוניות.
מועד האספקה בפועל תלוי בסוג המשלוח שנבחר, אזור החלוקה וחברת השילוח, ואינו בשליטתו הבלעדית של האתר.

עיכובים

עיכובים שאינם בשליטת האתר, לרבות עומסים חריגים, עיכובי שילוח, תנאי מזג אוויר, תקלות תפעוליות או כוח עליון – לא ייחשבו כהפרת התחייבות מצד האתר.

עלויות משלוח

עלויות המשלוח, ככל שישנן, יוצגו במפורש במהלך תהליך הרכישה ויתווספו למחיר ההזמנה בהתאם לבחירת הלקוח.

איסוף עצמי

איסוף עצמי, אם מוצע, יתבצע בתיאום מראש בלבד ובהתאם להנחיות שיימסרו ללקוח לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה.

אחריות למסירה

האחריות למסירת המשלוח חלה עד למסירתו לחברת השילוח. לאחר מכן, האחריות תלויה בתנאי חברת השילוח ובהתאם לדין.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time is up to 21 business days from the date of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, or public holidays.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via third-party shipping providers.
Actual delivery time depends on the selected shipping method, delivery region, and the shipping provider, and is not solely under the Website’s control.

Delays

Delays beyond the Website’s control, including exceptional shipping delays, logistical disruptions, weather conditions, or force majeure events, shall not be considered a breach of obligation by the Website.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly displayed during the checkout process and are added to the order total based on the customer’s selection.

Self-Pickup

If self-pickup is offered, it will be arranged by prior coordination only, in accordance with the instructions provided to the customer after placing the order.

Delivery Responsibility

Responsibility for the shipment applies until it is handed over to the shipping provider. Thereafter, delivery responsibility is subject to the shipping provider’s terms and applicable law.
